Job Description

As the Receptionist your responsibilities would include:

• Providing excellent customer service to guests
• Providing assistance to the Accommodation Manager
• Booking and confirming reservations
• Taking initial enquires and re-directing to other departments as appropriate
• Answering and directing calls
• Managing billing for guest accounts
• Cashing up and balance daily takings
• Offering assistance to guests
• Showing guests to their rooms
• Assisting other departments as necessary
• Other duties as deemed reasonable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience providing a customer service
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience using databases
• Ideally have a current First Aid Certificate
• Good interpersonal skills
• Flexible
