Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors entering the reception area, providing a positive and friendly service. You will also provide administrative support. Duties listed below:

*Provide Administrative support and reception service
*Manage incoming telephone calls
*Maintain visitor signing-in sheets
*Sort and distribute of mail
*General admin including filing, photocopying, scanning etc
*Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area
