Job Description
  • Proactively develop and maintain effective relationships
  • Monitor and manage Customer satisfaction through retention and additional business - ensuring that all vacant units are in a ready to show/occupancy condition at all times.
  • Ensure the timely and appropriate management and resolution of all Customer issues and/or complaints.

  • Line management of Head Receptionist and Handyperson
  • Achieve lettings at price levels and on such terms as required to meet Centre sales and profitability objectives, follow up and closely monitor all current prospects.
  • Manage the resources available to the Centre to achieve or exceed planned sales objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Property Manager and ensure proper repairs and maintenance of the building are communicated, monitored progress and work is carried out in-line with PPM
  • Arrange and organize Marketing programmes, PR and promotional events, including proactively using social media.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The financial aspects of the role will be to manage the internal budgets and resources and minimising expenses where appropriate. Health and safety will be an essential and key element of the role to ensure the business centre complies with regulations and provides a safe working environment for the teams and tenants alike.
