Job Description
- Pre year end set-up including management charge, Members Interest reconciliations and preparation of global reporting packs for all offices.
- Produce Group Consolidation.
- Management Charge & Interest Calculations.
- Support for local office reporting and liaison and communication with auditors.
- Ensure the data integrity of our financial system (Aderant) and global local reporting requirements in production of the financial statements.
- Assist Finance Managers.
- Provide technical support to the central finance team.
- Meeting local accounting records regulations (using 3rd party systems where necessary).
- Meeting local statutory and tax reporting regulations.
- Accounting and audit queries.
- Integration of new offices into the Aderant system.
- Regular contact with Finance managers to discuss and resolve local accounting issues.
- Technical support on variety of group projects which may include group restructuring, new offices, new ventures, mergers, and start-ups.
