Enquires can be quite complex so full training is provided. You will be committed to keeping up to date with the current legislation and have the ability to explain detailed information with patience and clarity. You will also book appointments and manage diaries as well as liaising with internal and external partners.
You will be well organized with excellent ICT and customer service skills, attention to detail and have a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.
