Job Description
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the process
  • Write job adverts and post online (job-boards, social media etc.)
  • Play a key role in Employer Branding and Social Media projects
  • Work closely with universities and local colleges/schools to increase brand awareness
  • Lead social media takeover days to promote our graduate opportunities
  • Participate in local recruitment events
  • Work cross functionally to provide support to our Adhesives, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care teams and functions
  • Look at current our Recruitment processes and support with process improvements
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to invoice management, order processing, raising PO, scheduling interviews
  • Support the resolution of general recruitment queries both internally and externally

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Degree educated, or equivalent in Business, Human Resources Management or related field
  • Be passionate about working in a fast paced and vibrant environment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Demonstrate initiative, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Hold excellent organization skills with the ability to manage priorities
  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organization, and administration skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
