We provide data-driven insight to priorities and enable informed decision making to ensure we meet our strategic outcomes by successfully transforming the business.
- Set an ambitious and deliverable Transformation plan to allow us to drive quality outcomes for customers
- Define, embed and performance manage the financial and priority delivery metrics that are required to achieve the Transformation and unlock efficiencies
- Track and analyze performance in-life, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities
- Regularly communicate with senior stakeholders (including Group Executive and Board), to give an overview of Transformation performance and seek support in realizing transformational change
- Work across company to create plans to ensure our goals are delivered
- Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver world-class colleague and customer outcomes
