I am looking for a part time senior administrator that will provide all round administration support to the offices administration team and assist with the smooth and efficient day to day running of the office.
You will have an excellent administrative background with a high level of numeracy and accuracy.
You will be competent in the following:
MS Excel - confidence with spreadsheets including formulas and ideally macros
Knowledge / experience of Health and Safety (H&S) in the workplace
Comfortable talking on the telephone with suppliers
Daily duties will involve:
Staff time & attendance reporting
Holidays planning and sickness processes
Ensuring H&S updates are circulated to all branch staff and you support the site H&S briefings
Stationery supplies are at the correct level
The management of Manual Purchase Order process for the branch/s
Ensure compliance in the office
New starter inductions, ensuring briefing on H&S matters, familiarization of the local amenities and introductions to staff
