- Produce full and accurate financial statements on the consolidated group and specified portfolios to be compliant with regulatory requirements
- Monthly shareholder consolidation and reporting preparation
- production of Quarterly Group reports
- Production of Quarterly Board reports
- Produce supplementary reporting and analysis where required
- Intercompany reconciliation analysis
- Liaise with auditors to achieve effective sign-off
- Technical accounting for the group and provide support to other group companies
- Write technical accounting papers for review by the FD, CFO, Board and external audit
- Develop and maintain the groups accounting manual
- Where required provide technical accounting support to other group companies
- Maintain appropriate group reporting process and procedures manuals
- Complete and report on projects allocated.
- Reporting to external regulatory bodies where appropriate
