Job Description
  • Working within a busy credit control team with responsibility for your own set of ledgers
  • Collection by telephone and letter
  • Working to set targets
  • Compiling reports
  • Advising on credit issues for your offices
  • Chasing project managers internally
  • Resolving problems and queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • To be successful within this role you will demonstrate prior experience working in a credit control function as well as:
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills and experience of working on multiple systems including a good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Enjoy working under pressure on your own initiative and have a persistent nature
  • Be a team player and enjoy working in a friendly environment
