Matching invoices with Delivery tickets
Obtaining Tickets from supplier websites
Book in Goods from Site
Scan Invoices and Delivery tickets
Process Invoices
Supplier Queries
Logging Queries on spreadsheets
Work Closely with the buying departments
Statement reconciliations
Processing of Utility Invoices

2 years+ experience within Accounts Payable
Excel skills desired but not essential
COINS experience desired but essential
Ability to work well as a team
