Job Description
  • General office admin includes but is not limited to answering the telephone, responding to emails, order inputting, invoicing, issuing monthly statements and assisting in the filing of VAT Returns.
  • Liaising with both suppliers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • The supporting of the field based sales team with the general goal of helping to achieve sales and secure business Desired Skills/Attributes
  • A methodical and structured ability to manage your workload effectively
  • Personable, Willing & Eager to Contribute
  • On-Time, Well-Presented, Confident & Outgoing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good IT Skills
  • Familiar with Sage or similar CRM System (desirable)
  • Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Office 365) (desirable)
  • Full UK Driving License & Own Car (desirable)
  • Full training provided
