Coordinate production dates to work in conjunction with changing customer delivery schedules* Confirming collection date from suppliers and collecting consignment information * Booking of transport from suppliers and arranging collection of goods. * Assisting in the resolution of materials related customer service issues.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to communicate excellently both verbally and in writing
A good attention to detail, analytical skills
Excellent telephone manner
Previous experience in talking to customers
Previous experience of working in a team
Highly organised
