Job Description
- Partner the Development Team, prepare and complete monthly management accounts and financial forecasts for the Development Team
- Deliver high quality financial support and analysis to key senior internal decision makers
- Support areas such as decision making, budgeting, forecasting, management, and financial accounting services
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly cashflows to ensure management of liquidity
- Provide the funders with accurate and timely financial information and ensure continued loan compliance
- Be responsible for the operation and servicing of bank accounts and loan facilities, managing the relationship with funders and maintaining the Long-Term Financial Plan
- Prepare and ensure timely submission the Quarterly Financial Survey return to the Regulator of Social Housing and contributing to other relevant statutory annual and quarterly returns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or CIMA) or be actively studying towards qualifying
- A natural business partner it is essential you have the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance members of the team
- You will have a strong technical grasp to be able to follow regulatory rules for returns and be an advocate for the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems
