Job Description
  • Maintain & build relationships with your accounts
  • Follow up quickly on any flagged accounts
  • Work to retain existing accounts
  • Procure member testimonials and speak to policyholders as needed
  • Handle Member enquiries professionally and in a timely fashion
  • Manage any company campaigns targeted at your accounts.
  • Handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Welcome New Members on board with tutorial on membership and ensure they understand their membership and benefits
  • Conduct Initial vetting on new sales
  • Liaise with both the members and underwriters during the vetting phase
  • Maintain organized detailed records of your vetting activities
  • Lend a hand in other departments as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good knowledge of computer systems such as office Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal with a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Clear telephone manner and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply, while maintaining compliance
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Positive, can-do, attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Self-motivated and driven
