Job Description
  • Timesheet entry
  • Processing and approving expenses
  • Processing and checking jobs and weekly timesheets
  • Storing and maintaining job information correctly in line with our clients requirements
  • Assisting with improving processes and liaising with Payroll to implement changes

We're looking for a candidate who ideally has sound working knowledge across administrative, clerical and secretarial functions but our client will consider applications from candidates who have a basic knowledge of administration and who are looking to start their career.
