Job Description

As a customer service advisor, you will be handling customer queries from first contact. Working in a fast-paced telephony environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking the time to understand the needs of each customer and coming up with a solution that works for all. The campaigns we currently have are wide ranging. You could be supporting a bank with general enquires, you could be supporting customers who have been victims of fraud, or you could be helping people buy their dream home with mortgage applications.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in a telephony-based customer service role
  • Amazing listening skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility work on a rotational shift basis between 7am - 8pm Monday to Sunday
  • Ability to overcome objections and stay calm under pressure
  • Effective team player with a positive attitude
  • Proactive attitude to working in a changing and dynamic working environment
  • Experience working within financial services would be beneficial
