This role enables you to develop your knowledge with us in European tax laws across a multitude of industry sectors and if it suits, specialise in a field that interests you.

Responsibilities:

• Working with an integrated partner/manager/associate team on large corporate and partnership transactions.
• Working with an integrated partner/manager/associate team on business restructurings.
• Working with integrated partner/manager/associate team on US tax compliance engagements for multinational clients.
• Researching and writing client consultations on a range of topics related to US corporate and partnership taxation in an international context.
• Assisting on specialised technical competency teams for liaison with UK and EU practices.
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• US corporate tax return experience (preferred)
• US partnership tax return experience, specifically fund background (preferred)

Must hold one of the following: (essential)

• US CPA
• Degree in Taxation/Accounting or equivalent
• Law degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
• Familiarity with a non US tax system (preferred)
