Job Description

 Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment and compliance of systems and data •
Assisting the Payroll Manager with reporting tasks and audit/compliance checks.
 Keep up to date with local tax compliance and offer advice and support to the payroll team on such matters to ensure compliance for the company and our employees.
Provide support with payroll queries to the wider business, which may include attending meetings to offer local payroll guidance.
 Undertake audit requests throughout audit periods, collating required data for the samples, and conducting virtual and/or face to face walkthroughs of our payroll process with internal and external audit personnel
 Attend meetings at the request of business managers and/or Payroll manager to offer technical payroll support where required
