To establish professional, friendly, and trustworthy relationships with our clients and colleagues.
Deliver and manage pre and post contract commercial duties across an array of contract forms and procurement models.
Securing further work and expansion of our services.
Collaborate with our client and contractor teams to enhance project deliverables, KPIs, objectives, and contract performance.
Lead project compliance within client governance procedures including presenting papers at a senior level.
Adopt best practice and shared learning principals.
Pro-actively provide sound commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders.
Participate and lead internal business improvement areas and be an effective line manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential

Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
Rail experience.
5+ years of industry experience.
Experience in delivering the key responsibilities of this role.
