Handle Member enquiries professionally and in a timely fashion
Manage any company campaigns targeted at your accounts.
Handle complaints in a timely manner
Welcome New Members on board with tutorial on membership and ensure they understand their membership and benefits
Conduct Initial vetting on new sales
Liaise with both the members and underwriters during the vetting phase
Maintain organized detailed records of your vetting activities
Lend a hand in other departments as required
Good knowledge of computer systems such as office Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal with a friendly yet professional tone.
Clear telephone manner and listening skills
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply, while maintaining compliance
Excellent customer focus
