Reporting directly into the Credit Control Manager, your key responsibilities as Credit Controller will include:
Creating & setting up new customer accounts on the system including setting credit limits
Maintaining and updating customer accounts within the accounting system
Chasing overdue debt by phone and email to obtain payments
Accurate processing of all cash receipts
Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries
Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations
Requirements:
A good team player with ability to build and maintain both colleague and client relations at pace
Experienced in a similar credit control/sales ledger role in a busy environment
IT literate including in Excel
Strong communication skills, including ability to build relationships internally and with various clients
