Job Description

This role will provide a critical function in analyzing and explaining key movements and variances in income/revenue along with paying out royalties in relation to license and productions. You will be responsible for maintaining a detailed income calendar along with regular liaising with Global partners to ensure royalties are received on a timely basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Upload royalty statements on a monthly basis
• Ensure all revenue is recorded onto the royalty system accurately
• Process quarterly payment runs including international payments
• Create self-billing invoices
• Reconcile payments
• Management of royalty ledger email box

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of royalty processing and royalty accounting. You will be able to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders, with strong communication skills and dealing with senior individuals. Having an interest in the theatre and the arts and/or previous work experience in an arts or entertainment environment. Lastly, it'd be desirable if you have knowledge of Sun accounting system and/or a royalty system.
