Job Description
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and who can provide excellent administrative support with a focus on the provision of parking services to our residents and visitors. This role is part-time at 14.5 hours per week over two days (Thursday and Friday) with one day in the office. The salary is pro rata.
- To support a fair and consistent approach to parking enforcement by accurately processing Notices and appeals in a timely and objective manner.
- To assist with the provision of a fair and accessible parking service by responding to queries relating to all aspects of parking across the County including reporting car park maintenance requirements and financial processing
- To support the Parking Administration Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective management of the various processes and systems used by the parking service.
- To provide support to the Parking Administration Supervisor in the execution of system reports, parking statistics, and performance mechanisms within the service.
This role is offered on a part-time basis of 14.5 hours per week, over Thursday and Friday.
