Job Description

You will be managed by the Programme Manager and will be the main point of contact for the team’s day-to-day financial and administrative activities, including purchasing, payments and contracting. You will efficiently maintain and process appropriate and accurate logs of finance and administrative documentation. You will adhere to the relevant financial controls. Working with the Programme Manager, you will support the project in organising events including arranging logistics and travel. You will also provide some administrative support to the Programme Director.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in research administration. You will possess high levels of numeracy and will demonstrate a systematic approach to work. You will be required to adapt your performance to meet the changing needs in the team, and to demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
