Job Description
The role seeks to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the business by advising on commercial opportunities, strategic initiatives and through robust cost management.
- Developing a deep understanding of the relevant project business case to ensure the project delivers planned commercial benefits
- Support the Corporate Development team to develop a robust benefit tracking model
- Provide regular, concise reporting on commercial status of the programme
- Collaborate with work stream leads to understand all commercial impacts of the programme
- Identify risks early and escalate appropriately
- Work with third parties to drive the successful implementation of the programme
- Work to understand the commercial impacts of various business scenarios and own the modelling of the outcomes
- Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in current process, and work with the wider team to implement improvements
- Work closely with the wider programme management team to stay in front of emerging risks
- Work closely with the FP&A team to model the impacts of the programme and to ensure these are appropriately captured in financial plans
- Become the in-house subject matter expert on the programme and own the transition from project
