Responsibilities of the Credit Controller

• Tactically monitoring and collecting payments by contacting members on a daily basis via phone and email
• Build and maintain good working relationships with both internal colleagues and our members
• Timely and effective collection of member’s debts
• Resolving members financial queries as they arise
• Processing credit card payments
• Keeping excellent customer records electronically

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- 3 - 5 years credit control experience (with focus on outbound calls of at least 50 successful calls a day) Experience working with a CRM and accounting software Excellent verbal communication skills and exceptional phone manner Persuasive, tenacious style Experience using Salesforce is a bonus
