Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Colleges Principal and Chief Executive. You will be the first point of contact for the Principal’s office, you will confidently deal with a variety of internal and external enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.

You will also support and manage the Principal’s and when required diaries including effective logging, filing of management data, email filtering, filtering and screening of telephone calls, taking appropriate action on enquiries, complaints and problems as they arise. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing and maintaining diaries, arranging meetings, preparing relevant paperwork. The role will involve working alongside the Executive Assistants.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working as a PA or similar role at senior level in a wide variety of organizations for at least 3 years. In addition, have good standard of education/qualifications and operating at degree level. Experience of producing reports and presentations at senior level and extensive knowledge of Microsoft office package and experience of data systems.
