You will provide effective and efficient administrative support to service teams. Typing letters, managing correspondence, receiving telephone calls and taking messages from both internal and external customers, note taking at meetings, inputting to the Councils databases and electronic systems, financial responsibilities, meeting deadlines and other general administrative duties.
You must be able to work flexibly to respond to service demand, be able to demonstrate the ability to priorities a varied and challenging workload efficiently, have both good verbal and written communication and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
You’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements*.
