Job Description

This position is accountable for planning, coordinating, processes, services, and controls for a business unit in line with the wider strategic objectives of the Directorate.

  • Providing all aspects of organizational and administrative support and assistance for all Risk specific activities
  • Supporting small change projects in the function through the development of documentation/monitoring of progress.
  • Assisting and occasionally managing department work streams and contribute to preparing communications and varied correspondence such as draft responses for emails and presentations.
  • Working collaboratively with peers across Risk and the whole bank.
  • Managing proactively the day to day of director diary, inbox, travel, and logistics whilst ensuring optimum use of time, managing conflicting priorities and meetings with director, and advising all parties of changes to scheduling.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Project management experience as a support role.
  • Experience as business support / PA.
