Job Description
  • Preparing quarterly management accounts and contributing towards preparing group quarterly management report
  • Managing and maintaining the profit and loss ledgers, balance sheet, and control accounts
  • Monitoring customer, vendor and intercompany accounts regularly for any unresolved issues and dealing with them promptly
  • Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow forecasts as and when required
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Assisting with year-end audit
  • Quarterly control account reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of inter-company balances
  • Approve supplier invoices for accuracy and validity
  • Analysis of P&L accounts
  • Maintaining fixed asset registers
