Job Description

You will be responsible for order processing within our manufacturing sites for a defined customer base. You will understand how to analyze forecasts in relation to stock and manage stock locations effectively. You will liaise with the warehouses to ensure we have the right product in the right location to meet customer demand. You will manage and liaise with production sites for the order and call off process and resolve any queries that arise. You will work closely with a friendly team of planners to support the business objectives whilst also liaising with internal Account Managers, Finance and the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in Planning, Customer Service or similar data input roles is essential
  • Analytical, dynamic, driven, energetic, open-minded, authentic, commercial
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Methodical and logical problem-solving skills
