Job Description
  • Data processing of utility bills within KPIs and SLAs (Invoice Turnaround times)
  • Loading and importing historical energy billing data, EDI files, self reads
  • Scanning
  • Investigating bill validation failures and raising queries
  • Producing accounts payable export files and Reports
  • Proactively identify missing information from the database

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Math and English
  • Attention to detail
  • High numeric accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in a customer services environment
