Job Description
The role is varied and as the business continues to scale, there will be an opportunity for growth and progression within the team.
- Working closely with the teams to ensure costs and revenues are recorded correctly in the accounting system.
- Production of monthly management accounts including bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, maintaining the fixed asset register, intercompany recharges and other transactions.
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing and scheduling fortnightly payment runs.
- Monitoring and maintaining adequate cash reserves in the bank.
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT and corporation tax returns.
- Assisting with the audit as requested.
- Other ad hoc as appropriate.
