Job Description
Your new role
You will be working with in the Customer Service team in the office as the first point of contact for all customer queries. Your excellent communication skills will be a perfect fit for this fast pasted role as you will be in constant liaison with customers. The role will involve but is not limited to taking customer orders, raising invoices, logging customer information and reporting feedback to management. 

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be self-motivated and thrive working in a fast paced environment. You will need to be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and previous experience using Sage is desirable but not essential. It is essential that you have an idea of order processing and distribution, as this role is all about getting your product out to the customer efficiently from start to finish. Your confidence on the phone will also be ideal for this role, as there is a lot of customer telephone interaction.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £20,000 per annum working in a welcoming office. You will enjoy working within a fulfilling, busy Customer Service role for a respectable pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Onsite parking available.
