Job Description

The post holder will provide administrative support to fee earners and paralegals as more particularly described below.

  • Answering and fielding calls and enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and other firms
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence based on templates
  • Using case management and department related software
  • Assisting fee earner or senior member of team
  • Copying and scanning
  • Ad hoc tasks dependent on department workload

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
