Job Description

Daily Duties will consist of:

  • Accurately completing end to end processing of monthly payroll
  • Respond to and resolve queries from management or employees
  • Undertake data checks/compliance audits
  • Continually evaluate systems, identify potential improvements, and make recommendations for change
  • Ensure timely production of employee documentation such as payslips, P45/P60

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in payroll,
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with management and employees in a professional manner.
  • Well organised, efficient and accurate with good attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential, particularly Excel
