Job Description
  • To assist in the timely, accurate, and compliant production of monthly management accounts pack
  • To monitor, track and evaluate the operational expenses in the month and recommend efficiencies where possible
  • To prepare and post monthly journals including accruals & prepayments
  • To perform forecasts, budget preparation and variance analysis
  • To support operational management with detailed contract reviews including cost analysis
  • To assist in the preparation and consolidation of schedules for year-end audit purposes
  • To ensure invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and company policies
  • To manage debt collection, WIP recovery and review of BIA
  • To support with rolling cash flow reporting and evaluation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience with operational management accounts
  • Must be able to evaluate complex data and have sound problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask and work unsupervised
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Must be willing to travel to multi sites to support operational teams
  • Ideally CIMA or ACCA part-qualified (or working towards)
