Job Description
  • Keeping stock and ordering stationary, cleaning products, groceries and anything else employees may require.
  • General office admin including keeping the office and kitchen tidy (emptying and unloading the dishwasher, liaising with cleaners etc)
  • Sourcing, ordering, and sending of client gifts/ team anniversary/birthday and leaving gifts
  • Greeting clients on office visits and delivering refreshments
  • Assisting on photo shoots of completed projects when required
  • Generating end of project photo books for studio and clients
  • Booking of external events / pop ups and attending/helping where required
  • Researching ideas and organizing team social events (eg: summer and Christmas parties)
  • Organizing the schedule of Thursday 5:30pm meetings and communicating with the team
  • Booking training days/ team lunches/ CPD food
  • Monitoring and assessing general incoming emails (info@ & hello@) and forwarding to relevant team members if suitable
  • Assisting the Practice/HR, Marketing and Business Development/Client Relations Managers as required
  • Assisting with IT support as required – setting up new employees etc.
  • Managing and logging issue of kit – IT, H&S etc. – across the team, and the sign in/out of other items from studio
  • Uploading new starters information to various software systems (HiBob, Xero, CMAP)
  • Some PA duties to the Partners (e.g.: assisting with expenses, booking some meetings)
  • Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
  • A-Level education is desirable
  • Confident, engaging individual with an excellent phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Confident working across all areas of the business (with directors to junior teams)
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Excellent planning and organization skills – must be able to multi task
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook etc.
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to HollandGreen / Anderson HollandGreen
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Persuasive with details and facts
