Job Description
To support colleagues across all departments to achieve business targets by carrying out a variety of time-critical daily administrative tasks including booking candidate accommodation, processing confirmations of bookings, identifying data entry errors, shift amendments and cancellations. The successful candidate will learn from the current team through shadowing and on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciling shifts between the internal CRM system and our client rostering systems, identifying issues before they are invoiced
- Handling client invoicing queries
- Booking accommodation on behalf of nurses and accurately logging booking details on the accommodation tracker
- Collating booked shifts to send to our Operations Support team for processing onto our CRM
- Submitting nurse checklists to hospitals
