Job Description
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for directors including diary management
  • Preparation and processing of all contractual documentation including printing/ binding/ issuing
  • Managing incoming post, correspondence and telephone calls
  • Processing of dept. invoices and raising Purchase Orders via accounts system
  • Supporting admin tasks via an internal documentation system
  • Office Manager duties including incoming calls/office-related ordering, managing and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as and when they arrive duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Desirable administration experience (min 3 years)
  • Previous or current experience with PA-related duties including diary management
  • A-level education or equivalent as a minimum
  • Good skills with Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS programs.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong willingness to assist where possible
  • Excellent communication skills with other team members
  • Friendly can-do attitude towards work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to use initiative
  • Able to demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
