Job Description

You will work closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Administration support for all annual renewals
  • Support the financial accountant with recently completed acquisitions
  • Manage and coordinate the property risk survey programme
  • Note taking and attendance at monthly management meetings
  • Validating and ensuring all insurance documentation distributed in timely manner
  • General Administration support for the Department
  • Ad-hoc project work for Head of Department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Excel (Advanced user required), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Time management skills, ability to priorities work activities and work under own initiative
  • A good eye for technical details and ability to complete all tasks in a thorough manner
  • Positive approach and resilient in the face of obstacles
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
