Job Description

The role will be working up to 10 hours per week, ideally working on a Tuesday and a Thursday, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing?

  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments, including arranging room bookings and any travel
  • Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries appropriately, passing on messages accurately
  • Greeting and providing refreshments for visitors
  • Typing, compiling and assisting with terms of engagement, letters, memos, minutes, agendas, file notes and various reports to send out to clients or uploading onto applicable portals
  • Dealing with post and correspondence
  • Raising fee invoices for the team
  • Chasing fee debtors and reporting back to Finance
  • Setting up new files and retrieving back files
  • Filing paper and electronically on all project matters and archiving as required
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing and binding agreements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A friendly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a 'can do’ attitude
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administration and organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills for raising fee invoices
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs including, Excel, Word and Outlook
