Job Description
The role will be working up to 10 hours per week, ideally working on a Tuesday and a Thursday, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing?
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments, including arranging room bookings and any travel
- Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries appropriately, passing on messages accurately
- Greeting and providing refreshments for visitors
- Typing, compiling and assisting with terms of engagement, letters, memos, minutes, agendas, file notes and various reports to send out to clients or uploading onto applicable portals
- Dealing with post and correspondence
- Raising fee invoices for the team
- Chasing fee debtors and reporting back to Finance
- Setting up new files and retrieving back files
- Filing paper and electronically on all project matters and archiving as required
- Photocopying, scanning, printing and binding agreements
