Job Description

 

You will be supporting our Team in daily work routine and help them to function more efficiently and effectively. This is a great position for someone who excels at organization and have an ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize their tasks.

  • Processing sales orders online, or via phone and email. Their duties include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, preparing documents for export and maintaining sales records
  • Processing and sending out invoices
  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Updating customer databases and maintaining record
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Greeting visitors at reception.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good Excel knowledge (to be able to use the formulas, create a spreadsheet)
  • Sage 50 Accounts (preferable)
  • Strong verbal and written language skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Telephone manner
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service
