You will be supporting our Team in daily work routine and help them to function more efficiently and effectively. This is a great position for someone who excels at organization and have an ability to effectively manage their time and prioritize their tasks.
- Processing sales orders online, or via phone and email. Their duties include checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, preparing documents for export and maintaining sales records
- Processing and sending out invoices
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Updating customer databases and maintaining record
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Greeting visitors at reception.
