Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to give our clients the best customer experience. You will be expected to qualify and assign inbound leads to the appropriate departments as well as, make outbound B2B calls to discuss the needs of our clients and support them with their BSI journey.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong customer focus with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results. You’ll be a confident communicator, someone who is able to take ownership of situations and resolutions to deliver a satisfactory outcome. In addition, you’ll have strong attention to detail with the ability to priorities your workload.
