Job Description

Hours: 9am-5pm

  • Maintaining and housekeeping of all systems
  • Answering client queries regarding systems
  • Installing & checking new system updates
  • Contacting and talking through the systems with clients and suppliers
  • Playing a key role in the onboarding process
  • Preparing CSV files received from the client and uploading
  • Running of new accounts for week1
  • Processing and invoicing orders
  • Liaising with the Customer Service Manager on passing the new client over
  • Monitoring new client orders after passing over for 1 week
