Job Description
Hours: 9am-5pm
- Maintaining and housekeeping of all systems
- Answering client queries regarding systems
- Installing & checking new system updates
- Contacting and talking through the systems with clients and suppliers
- Playing a key role in the onboarding process
- Preparing CSV files received from the client and uploading
- Running of new accounts for week1
- Processing and invoicing orders
- Liaising with the Customer Service Manager on passing the new client over
- Monitoring new client orders after passing over for 1 week
