Job Description
- Preparation of quarterly and monthly management accounts across all divisions
- Continual review of reporting processes and controls
- Preparation of quarterly lender reporting packs
- Provide assistance to all divisions
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of quarterly consolidated accounts
- Monitoring of expenditure
- Preparation of year-end financial statements
- Liaise with auditors for year-end audits
- Assisting in quarterly Lender reporting including Balance sheet consolidation, calculations, schedules etc.
- Reconciliation of all intercompany balances
- Review divisional budgets and cash flows
- Assist with audit and end of year statutory accounts
- Calculation of all intercompany recharges
- Reconciliation of all intercompany balances
- Production of budgets
- Production of cash flow forecast
- Supervise and review payment runs
