Job Description
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious education facility in Surrey for a PA to support the leadership team and provide comprehensive and proactive secretarial and administrative tasks to a high level. The post holder will manage a range of logistical challenges and be able to priorities their workload, whilst handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Bursar’s busy diary, ensuring meetings are arranged ensuring the most effective use of time.
- Act as the first point of contact for to the Bursar’s office/Business Office.
- Organize meetings, booking appropriate rooms and/or venues. Ensuring the required equipment, catering, invitations, agendas and any reading materials are prepared well in advance.
- Attend meetings, taking accurate notes and action points and distributing agreed minutes promptly
- Proofread documentation and letters
- Coordinate the Bursar’s files, ensuring effective and accurate filing of documentation both electronic and paper systems.
- Manage a variety of annual administrative tasks, providing reminders, as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Bursar in relation to HR
