Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experience finance specialist looking for their next step in their career.
Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any finance related queries internally and externally.
  • Maintaining purchase ledger records in any companies assigned and managing relevant payments. Performing periodic reconciliations and delaying with any queries relating to invoices
  • Maintaining bank records and reconciliations of assigned accounts
  • Assisting in monthly management account preparation and year ends.
  • Assisting in preparing and providing information relating to annual statutory audits.
  • Assisting in collection and preparation of financial information for regulatory reporting
  • Any other duties relating to finance and accounting
  • Will be required to use Access Dimensions, QuickBooks, our own bespoke systems used for different industries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Part qualified or someone starting their accounting career, studying for ACCA, CIMA.
  • Finance graduate
  • 2 years in finance support role
  • Excel - intermediate level
  • Used to using finance systems
  • Needs to be technically very sound in their accounting principles preferable done Accounting as a subject
  • Need energetic fast learner, prepared to take on a challenge and perform to deadlines.
  • Will be exposed to many parts of the finance function and be involved in developing our systems
