Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an experience finance specialist looking for their next step in their career.
Your duties will include:
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any finance related queries internally and externally.
- Maintaining purchase ledger records in any companies assigned and managing relevant payments. Performing periodic reconciliations and delaying with any queries relating to invoices
- Maintaining bank records and reconciliations of assigned accounts
- Assisting in monthly management account preparation and year ends.
- Assisting in preparing and providing information relating to annual statutory audits.
- Assisting in collection and preparation of financial information for regulatory reporting
- Any other duties relating to finance and accounting
- Will be required to use Access Dimensions, QuickBooks, our own bespoke systems used for different industries.
